So a question we get asked all the time is, does it still feel like a classic?And the answer is yes.So we use a principle here at eDub of what we call a second glance syndrome.So when we convert a vehicle to electric,you want to look at it first time because it's beautiful, because it's a classic.
But then you want to look at it again because something's not quite what it should be.So it's going a lot faster than it should.There's no cloud of smoke behind it.
The lights look really crisp.The dash isn't quite the same.And we apply that principle across everything.
But also in the driving experience, it's still a big high up vehicle.You've still got a tonne of visibility.So even though our eDub drive unit is rated at 120 brake horsepower,that application of power is really super smooth,which means you've still got the power to get off at traffic lights,to get off at roundabouts,but it's not going to compromise your feel of driving a classic.
